Spin3 and IMCT Finalize Mobile Agreement

On September 19th, 2007, Microgaming subsidiary and mobile gaming company Spin3 is to give the Spinlite suite of stand alone mobile casino games to International Marketing Concepts, a Netherlands based organization that has interests in the new medium.

The two organizations finalized the deal this week that will allow the Spin3 casino games to be in operation for the latter part of 2007. IMCT's main focus is on giving lotteries with different ideas for interactive mobile games and television programs.

IMCT also specializes in providing assistance to businesses regarding electronic distribution of processing solutions. The SpinLite agreement will now stretch the product variety for IMCL patrons in the Netherlands who will give games, different ring tones, wallpapers and music to mobile gaming operators in Scandinavia and Benelux.

The Spin3 agreement also commemorates the 1st time that a Netherlands-based company has expanded into wireless casino game industry with different games like the Tomb raider Video Slot, Blackjack, Roulette and Video Poker.

The Chief Executive Officer of IMCI, Michael Boevink commented that SpinLite's wide array of games fit their needs because it gives them a gambling platform that allows them to offer different games to their players and expand their market reach and profits. The demand for casino games is growing and Spin3 has given them a good opportunity and their lottery customers to feature different games to the mobile gaming industry.

Spin3 Head Matti Zinder said that IMCI was a good customer that has a broad market experience in mobile gaming and lottery market. He added that they are being approached by a lot of companies that are interested in expanding into the mobile market.
