Global Betting and Gaming Consultants Believe that Mobile Gaming is the Next Big Thing

The present technology today is already inspiring brand new development in online mobile gambling. On March 8th, 2008, the Global Betting and Gaming Consultants (GBGC) commented that as broadband access enhances and the connection speed in the world develop, people will soon have the opportunity to view live horse racing events and even bet on these horse races with the use of their mobile phones.

The Chief Executive of the Global Betting and Gaming Consultants, Warwick Bartlett, commented that the cellular phone technology is improving in a tremendous pace so people will be able to use their mobile phone in a variety of uses. Bartlett said that while some of the games that people are aware of like poker, roulette and blackjack, the player does get bored of amusing themselves with the same thing and will eventually wants a new thing to immerse themselves in.

Warwick says this makes a need for the operators to make new idea and to remodel their sites. Statistics released by the Gambling Commission last October showed that over the four fiscal quarters ending up to September 2007, a 8.7% of the 8,000 individuals surveyed commented that they had enjoyed at least a form of mobile gaming. Remote gaming is categorized as wagering with the use of a computer, cellular phone or interactive television.
